Katie Holmes - "Mad Money" Los Angeles Premiere 01/09/2008
I like the bob haircut on Katie Holmes! She looks cute with her side part and full bangs going over just a bit. Isn't it amazing what a
haircut does! Katie has always looked good, but with this particular haircut, she looks younger. She doesn't have to try to look
younger, but presto, it just happened. That is what a good customized haircut can do for anyone. It can take anywhere from 5-15
years off of you, and if 40 is the new 60 and you get a new haircut; you could actually look 25. Slow down girls, that is with
makeup. We really cannot fix the law of gravity yet! Dream a little bit about this, you are in reality a young 60, or look like a
ripe 25. Yes, maybe it would be only a dream. If Katie is only 29-30 years in this picture, does that mean that she is the new
teenager? If just by getting a short crop like this; would make us look so incredibly younger, what would happen if we kept our
hair only 2.5 cm or 1 in. long all over our head? Would we look thinner or like a potato?
Her hair is clipped up along the base of her nape and graduates into the smooth lengthier look that covers her ears and frames her face.
Her bangs appear semi thick and freshly clipped and styled covering the text of her eyebrows. Just a quick blow dry with your round
brush will bring this coveted hairstyle into its glory and you too might take a few years off.
Patricia Arquette - 7th Annual Awards Season Diamond Fashion Show Preview 2008/01/10
Patricia Arquette began her career at eighteen; those who have followed her career would remember her early beginnings in
A Nightmare on Elm Street 3 and Dream Warriors.
Our celebrity keeps her hair a light blonde with a few darker blonde slices intermingled throughout her hair. Straight and smooth long
layers are the name of the game for Ms. Arquette. There is a direct straight side part that marks the beginning of her style. The top
and sides are brushed over to her ears and allowed a small rise for style. Her length touches her shoulders in a natural method of
style. Patricia has an oval/oblong shaped face and this is a good haircut for her particular features. I personally, would keep the
length in her hair, but chop up the layers into shorter ones to make wisps surrounding the frame of her face. In that way, her hair
wouldn't look quite so heavy looking and more of a lighthearted theme. Light fluffy wisps do not look quite so serious and appear
to be more playful.
Ask yourself what kind of image am I projecting how I am dressing and the way my hair looks. People tend to draw away from a serious
picture verses a picture of sunshine.
For styling, use your large vented round brush or flat brush to blow dry out and under. Simply comb through when you are done and
spray with gloss, keeping your smooth lines.
