Sharon Lawrence - "Dirt" Season Two Premiere Screening 02/28/2008
Most know our girl from the television series NYPD Blue where she was known as Sylvia Costas Sipowicz.
Sharon Lawrence has a most delightful hair color that is close to a strawberry coppery brown. The top is a bit lighter of a red than
the back area and is captivating to say the least. As gorgeous as her color is, it is her haircut that brings the whole picture into
the forefront. Her length has been fashioned into long layers that hug around her neck into a series of wisps and lines. The bangs
are short enough to give a youthful flair and long enough to gravitate around the edge of her face. This hairstyle proves over and
over, all some of us need is a good stylish haircut to take about ten years off of age. Sharon is wide in the cheek area and this
style blends all her features into perfect harmony. I have seen her in long hair and comparing this style to the long, she is much
more attractive with this cut. With this type of style, one can always roll with spiral rollers and put a spin on the whole thing,
just for fun. If this smooth style appeals to you, apply styling crème and blow your hair out toward your face. Bring the bangs
down and smooth everything with a small amount of smoothing serum on the ends where needed. Spray gloss.
Valerie Bertinelli Signs Copies of Her Book "Losing It." 03/01/2008
Valerie Bertinelli has struggled with her weight for too long and has made a promise in front of millions of people to go from a size
14 to a size 8. In fact, that is what her book is all about. She was talking about how size 0 is normal now and she cannot understand
that at all. I can't help but say, "What's up with that? I don't know anyone who could understand a size 0 being the average." Size 0's
can run between the rain drops. Has anyone seen that television commercial with this very skinny laughing lady (that everyone
seriously hates) saying, "I used to be a size 10 and now, I'm a size 4, thanks to blah blah blah." What is wrong with a size 10?
Why do we have to be like a rail today, in order to be acceptable? Some men like women with some meat on them! Humph! Me caveman,
you my woman!
Valerie has always had thick long lush brunette hair. I don't think I've ever seen her with blonde hair. I can't imagine Valerie
with blonde hair. That would be like chocolate chip cookies without the chips. Well, we were talking about the weight thing…..so
got carried away a little bit. Here we see Valerie with a shorter haircut than we are used to seeing on her and it is in layered
into a long type of shag. Every part of her hair has been blown dry and smoothed gently by a comb afterwards. This is a very easy
hairstyle to work with if you have naturally straight hair like Valerie's. This hairstyle may take an adjustment to learn how to
work with the new lines, but where there is a will there is a way.
