Sarah Mason presents us a contagious smile that is captured by her photographer. Her platinum blonde hair has been textured on the
ends and is styled with an irregular centered part and allowed to lie straight, just below her shoulders. This whole look reveals
how an informal hairstyle can be dressed up, just by wearing a dressy blouse and beads underneath a denim jacket. Although some
would see this as a contradiction between styles, I find it becoming as well as intriguing.
Her hairstyle is an easy formula for you to try for yourself. Sarah's hair has been highly processed to achieve the high blonde lift
and she has to use heavy conditioners and leave in moisturizering gels before she even begins to have her hair styled. There is
also quite a bit of volume included. Chances are, her hairstylist probably tries to stay away from the hot irons, after her hair
is dry and applies plenty of smoothing serum on her ends. If you do not have the high end color that Sarah has, add your styling
lotion and begin to follow through with sectioning your hair in three places in the back; top, middle and nap area. Clip up your
top and two sections on the sides. Always begin in the lower back with your large vented brush underneath your hair, bringing out
to the ends while using your blow dryer. Repeat this section by section until your hair is completely dry. Don't forget to make
your irregular center part. If you would like the volume you just created, apply a small amount of smoothing serum on your ends.
If you would like more of a straight smooth appearance, spray your thermo straightening product on each section, as you go while
using your flat iron. This style can be easy or complicated. It all depends upon how much labor; you'd like to put into it.
