Jodie Foster has a long layered shaggy type haircut with all hair directed toward the back in a blanket of tiers with the
exception of her few splices up front. Her color is a naturally wheaten appearance with a few light brown threads woven into
her tones. Her eyebrows are a perfect match and we know this is the real deal with Jodie!
The shortest area is along her nape where we can see curls going up from her neckline, leaving her swan like neck exposed. The top
and sides are quite long for her hair to hang closely to her head and wing out. There is a side part with the slightest rise on
her top. If you have been thinking about a new hairstyle, but not wanting to go too short, you may consider this image, as there
is still a good amount of hair to work with. The requirement in keeping this intact is to begin by washing your hair, condition
and apply a heavy amount of styling gel if your hair is thin, use a light spraying lotion if your hair is medium to thick. Part
your side and use your medium vented brush and begin to blow dry your hair going up in the back. Place your brush on the top of
the hair, while rolling it toward you. Repeat this process all along the back nap area. Move the brush up and under the crown
and when you get to the sides; bring your brush vertically section by section moving towards the back. Do this on the top as
well and save a few pieces to be laid along your forehead as pictured on Jodie. When you are done, take your wide toothed comb
and glide your hair back away from your face, comb the hair going up in the back and spray some gloss and hairspray. Place a
few stray strands to cover your forehead as pictured. This is a style you will have to work for and we know with practice you
can do it.
