We must admit, Eva Longoria has a lot of moxie and likes variety in her hairstyles. This particular up, down and all around style, would
intrigue the most conservative onlooker. There is a small short center part with coiled tendrils hanging loosely on the sides. The
rest has been gathered loosely once again into the back and secured with pins to give the impression of a "free spirit and wind
blown." If you can picture Ms. Longoria nonchalantly running through a meadow with her hair bouncing about, then, you have gotten
the right vision.
Wash, condition and apply your favorite styling lotion. You are going to use medium and large rollers intermittently. Section your
small part and save that area for the last. Now, take small irregular sections and begin to wrap some of your hair toward your face
and other sections back away. Wrap some sections down, and some up. Do the same thing to the back, going up and some going down.
Everything you roll, should be in irregular sections and first you wrap in a medium sized roller, then a large roller, then back
to medium and so on. The front area will be the only area where, you are going to use a medium sized curling iron. When everything
is dry, brush out vigorously and back comb gently in throughout your hair and bring all your hair back with the exception for a few
twists on the sides and the top. Fasten with a clasp or comb of your choice. Spray while bringing your hair out with your hand and
placing the curls where you want them. This is not a polished style, it will be alright if there are strands sticking out in odd
places or twirls where you are normally not used to being. If your coils are too tight on the sides, spray and pull them down a
little bit. Concentrate your large curling iron on the top while wrapping back. You are looking to achieve that loose "meadow" look.
You learn by doing, go for it!
